CAVA is a Boutique style hotel located in Sarande,Albania. We were first opened for our customers in 2018 offering 14 unique designed rooms and 12 family apartments.

What makes us be different from other hotels around is the unique style we have chosen to operate our boutique hotel,making sure that we are always focused on details in order to make your holidays amazing!

The high quality rooms,location and views are our strongest points.The building is located literally 10m in front of the beach.Literally close to EVERYWHERE you might wanna go or visit in the town.

Being in the tourism industry requires constant maintenance of goods, updates of the environment, training, investment and a lot of passion for what you do.

After gaining experience in tourism and accommodation (you can check here our other two enterprises Albania Property and Sunny Holidays ) we decided to add more to accommodation. Of course, we do not stop there. We have combined our hotel rooms with tours and rentals, advice all to make your holidays feel like HOLIDAYS!
