The room we got was clean and spacious with (in my perspective) a minimalistic IKEA style, balcony with ocean view. The only thing I think they could do is to buy ordinary pillows, not those long ones.
I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Handily located at the southern end of the waterfront promenade in Saranda, this hotel offers quirky, presumably Greek island-inspired rooms with sea views. The multitude of bars, restaurants and entertainment... read more venues along the strip, along with the traffic on the surrounding roads, means it's not the quietest spot for a night's rest (bring earplugs if you turn in early), but that aside it's an easy stroll to everything you'll want to visit in town.
We booked a triple room for our two-night stay to give ourselves a little more space. As such, our room was quite large, especially for the €65/night price tag. The balcony proved a bit useless for being so small and, for most of the day, scorched by the sun, but it was nice to have it in any case. (That said, we kept all of the blinds and curtains closed the whole time we were there to keep the temperature down as much as possible - including, oddly, the blind over the window inside the actual shower cubicle!)
The room was air-conditioned, had a small fridge, a TV and plenty of storage space. The ensuite was minimalistic but perfectly adequate, with some basic toiletries provided. Water temperature is a bit hit and miss in the shower, and the toilet was slightly higher off the ground than normal, I noted. The hotel might want to invest in some slightly less kitchen towel-like toilet paper though. Generally I was happy with the room, but my husband found its (intentional) bareness, glossy whitewashed look and rounded corners a bit strange.
Breakfast was served in the café one level down, with tokens being issued to us on arrival to redeem each morning. The set menu comprises half a toasted ham & cheese sandwich, an extra slice of toast with jams, a croissant (plain, marmalade or chocolate), a slice of orange, a glass of juice, a glass of milk and a black coffee. Service is very much in the Southern European style, shall we say - it took more than 20 mins for our breakfast to arrive. We chose to eat elsewhere on our second morning at our own cost.
